Event Full Details: Fariba Tabrizi flees Iran following persecution for a lesbian relationship. However, her application for asylum in Germany is denied by the authorities and Fariba has to try to survive as an illegal immigrant in a strange country.

As part of Manchester University’s Transnational Desires programme, researchers from the University have organised a series of screenings of European Lesbian & Gay themed films, hosted at The LGF.
