Something of interest for SSS fans: important feminist/queer anthropologist Professor Elizabeth Povinelli (Franz Boas Professor of Anthropology, Columbia University) will be coming to the University of Manchester to deliver a lecture entitled: ‘Primitive Accumulation and Original Precarity: Vulnerability Outside Settler Geontopolitics’.
Friday 10th February: Sam Alex A113, 5-7 pm, followed by a wine reception.
